STEP Movement
We are an international step team for ages 8-18, bringing the art of stepping to Greater Kansas City. Through performances and education, we promote step, support academics, and offer community service and mentorship.
Step as a Movement
The course covers step evolution and fundamentals, teaching students the art of stepping, and collaboration to produce performances. Available virtually or in-person for K-12 and college. Final project: city-wide step show.
Step with the Movement
We bring step to Kansas City through collaboration. Our coaches consult local school teams, enhancing skills without taking control. Partnering with us offers team discounts and access to the World of Step community.

We offer academic support through personalized tutoring, college advisory sessions, and scholarship opportunities to help students excel and achieve their educational goals.
Our members dedicate themselves to community service, participating in various opportunities to give back, foster connections, and make a positive impact on the community.
Members are paired with mentors and offered internships in their areas of interest, providing valuable guidance and real-world experience to help them achieve their career goals.

We need funds for operational support: food, uniforms, and city travel. Seeking sponsors for membership dues: $35/child, $65/family of two, $90/family of three+. In-kind donations for fabric, design, cosmetology, food, and transport are also welcome.
